Salary: $300,000 - $370,000 USD

What you will do

• Optimize the external investment program, including money market funds and bank deposits.
• Design and build an in-house investment program, including direct fixed income trading and custodian connectivity.
• Develop a comprehensive capital planning framework across operating and strategic liquidity tiers.
• Establish and maintain investment policy statements and SOX-ready treasury controls.
• Build CFO-ready management reporting on portfolio performance, risk exposures, and policy compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams to support global operations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in corporate cash investment strategy, treasury, or fixed income portfolio management.
• Proven track record of building or significantly scaling an investment program.
• Hands-on experience with SMAs, investment policy design, and capital allocation frameworks.
• Experience implementing Treasury policies and SOX-ready controls.
• Familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and relevant exemptions.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Treasury or corporate finance.
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience standing up in-house trading infrastructure and order management systems.
• CFA charter.
