Senior Corporate Allocations Analyst

Location: Santa Ana, California headquarters or remote from San Francisco, California; significant value is placed on in-person collaboration.

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Prepare and execute quarterly cost allocation processes, including driver data, calculations, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Support forecast allocations and improve or automate allocation processes in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Coordinate quarterly forecasting, including calendars, Adaptive data loads, topsides tracking, quality control, and management summaries.
• Support annual operating plans, long-range plans, quarterly planning cycles, pacing models, and cash flow forecasting.
• Own headcount reporting and reconcile headcount plans, approved requisitions, and actuals in partnership with HR and HRIS.
• Assemble operational and data components for board materials, executive reporting, and board books.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, investing, consulting, finance operations, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and reporting, close cycles, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive Insights is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working with financial systems and tools such as NetSuite and Workday, with an AI-first mindset.
• Strong organization, ownership, data-quality instincts, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.

Nice to have

• Experience with headcount reporting and HRIS systems such as Workday.
• Exposure to software capitalization, amortization schedules, or P&T allocation frameworks.
• Experience with cost allocation, shared-services chargebacks, or intercompany and transfer-pricing mechanics.
• Experience maintaining allocation logic inside a planning system.
• Passion for collectibles or sports.
