Marketing Specialist (Web3)

What you will do

• Drive marketing initiatives across social media, community channels, and external communications.
• Build relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners.
• Develop partnership announcements, campaign launches, product updates, and other external-facing content.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor Web3 trends, community discussions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, audience growth, engagement, and referral traffic to optimize results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, crypto communities, KOLs, DeFi projects, and industry trends.
• Ability to independently plan and execute initiatives, manage multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Strong content creation, writing, communication, organizational, and self-management skills.
• Familiarity with social media management, community engagement, KOL marketing campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese required.

Nice to have

• Experience with DEXs, perpetual trading, or crypto trading infrastructure.
• Experience developing trading systems or financial products.
