Head of Institutional Marketing (Crypto)

Location: London, United Kingdom; mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Remote work from anywhere in the world is permitted for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for the institutional business, including audience definition, marketing collateral, and channel distribution.
• Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns in partnership with the institutional sales team.
• Oversee thought-leadership content for institutional clients and prospects.
• Build CRM-based nurture and lead-qualification campaigns, iterating to improve pipeline velocity.
• Lead promotional activities and event marketing at global crypto industry events, including event collateral and participation logistics.
• Act as a visible marketing leader, working with the CMO to coordinate action across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of crypto products and the institutional crypto market.
• Experience operationalizing the marketing-to-sales pipeline and driving measurable results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, prospects, and community members.
• Experience organizing events of different scales, including community events focused on user feedback and audience engagement.
• High attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to brand and product presentation.
• Ability to work from the London office four days per week.
