Principal Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States; travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Compensation: CA$314,300–CA$449,00 OTE plus equity in Canada; US$217,000–US$310,000 OTE plus equity in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority customer engagements focused on container and AI journeys and developer workflows.
• Gather technical and business goals, create engagement plans, and align hirify.global products and offerings to critical customer outcomes.
• Oversee rapid prototyping with engineering and customer teams to validate new use cases and product fit.
• Create and deliver custom demos, best-practices content, and enablement for audiences ranging from developers to C-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate field feedback and prioritize product and engineering requests based on customer use cases and revenue impact.
• Act as customer zero for new functionality and support internal technical enablement for products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, influence, stakeholder management, customer relationship, presentation, and demonstration skills.
• Experience developing application code and understanding day-to-day developer challenges.
• Ability to solve technical problems and translate customer experience into actionable engineering feedback.
• Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
• Fluent English required; willingness to travel up to 50% required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, container ecosystems, or adjacent technologies.
• Experience with agentic AI development, software development lifecycles, or software supply chain security.
• Experience developing customer collateral and best-practice adoption materials.
