Principal Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Advise customers on AI, data, and infrastructure challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Design scalable AI and data architectures focused on performance, latency, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams on customer engagements and strategy.
• Support cloud provider, OEM, integrator, hyperscaler, partner, and alliance relationships.
• Deliver technical enablement and training for internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure, data engineering, AI application development, or technical consulting.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, inference, neural networks, vector databases, and AI pipelines.
• Hands-on familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Enterprise Suite, NeMO, and NIMs.
• Experience supporting complex customer engagements in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and executive stakeholders, with strong presentation, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with cloud providers, strategic alliances, and partner ecosystems.
• Background in technical sales engineering, AI consulting, or customer-facing architecture.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure optimization, scalability, and data center performance.
