What you will do
- Coordinate and support multiple development teams, prioritizing work and aligning delivery with company, domain, and product goals.
- Enable communication between development teams, domains, and leadership.
- Guide operational support activities, including support rotations, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Support interviewing, onboarding, performance conversations, coaching, and professional development with team leads.
- Contribute to solution design and delivery through high-level estimates, technical approaches, code reviews, and automated testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive professional experience with C#, .NET, and SQL in enterprise-level systems.
- Experience in agile development environments while balancing people leadership with hands-on technical contribution.
- Experience supporting, coaching, and developing others through feedback and performance discussions.
- Experience with API design, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS, microservice architectures, and Angular or React.
