Engineering M3 (.NET)

Location: Mitikah, Mexico City, Mexico. Candidates residing in other Mexican states may relocate with a package provided according to company policy.

What you will do

• Lead multiple software development squads toward effective technical solutions for product functionality.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics while ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and application performance.
• Resolve technical impediments, code issues, vulnerabilities, technical bottlenecks, and code smells.
• Coach, train, and provide regular feedback to software development teams.
• Coordinate designs and solutions with Engineering Managers, Architecture, Product Management, Agile, and Design teams.
• Coordinate deployments and set up or maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on software development lifecycle experience, including coding, peer reviews, and production issue resolution.
• At least 3 years of management or technical leadership experience.
• Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, REST, SOAP, API design, and application performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD tools and workflows, Domain-Driven Design, Business-Driven Design, and Test-Driven Development.
• Experience with microservice architectures, SQL Server, NoSQL, Oracle databases, middleware, cloud-hosted applications, and security vulnerability remediation.
• Availability to work in Mitikah, Mexico City, or relocate from another Mexican state.
