What you will do

• Lead multiple software development squads to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Define performance metrics and monitor team results.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and regular feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with Architecture and Product teams to define designs and solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical impediments and bottlenecks.
• Oversee team deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mitikah, Mexico City
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in a management or technical lead role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development.

Nice to have

• Background in the PaaS space.
• Experience with performance engineering and non-functional requirements.
• Security experience and vulnerability remediation.
