What you will do

• Lead multiple software development squads towards optimal technical solutions for product functionalities.
• Define expectations, develop metrics to monitor results, and resolve technical impediments.
• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and feedback to the development team.
• Coordinate with other Dev Managers, Architecture, Product, Agile, and Design Teams on new designs and solutions.
• Analyze system specifications, translate requirements to tasks, and identify/correct code issues.
• Maintain code quality, organization, architecture, perform code reviews, and coordinate deployments/CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Software Development life cycle experience (coding, peer reviewing, production issues).
• Minimum 3 years of Management/Technical Lead experience.
• Proficiency with .NET Framework, .NET Core, REST, SOAP, and application performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD tools, Domain-Driven Design, and Micro-service architectures.
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL, and Oracle Databases.
• Strong knowledge in API design, Business-Driven Design, and Test Driven Development.
• Experience developing middleware applications using modern technologies with relational, non-relational databases, and cloud-hosted applications.
• Experience with performance engineering, web-scale applications, middleware, and security (fixing vulnerabilities).
