Engineering M3 (.NET)

Location: Mitikah, Mexico City, Mexico. Relocation is available for qualified candidates outside the local market and for candidates residing in other Mexican states, subject to company policy.

What you will do

• Lead multiple software development squads toward effective technical solutions for product functionality.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics while providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Troubleshoot technical impediments, resolve bugs and bottlenecks, and address code smells and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate system designs and solutions with Engineering Managers, Architecture, Product Management, Agile, and Design teams.
• Maintain code quality, architecture, organization, and peer-review practices.
• Coordinate deployments and set up or maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on software development lifecycle experience, including coding, peer review, and production issue resolution.
• At least 3 years of management or technical leadership experience.
• Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, REST, SOAP, and application performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD workflows, Domain-Driven Design, Business-Driven Design, and Test-Driven Development.
• Experience with microservices, API design, SQL Server, NoSQL, Oracle databases, middleware, cloud-hosted applications, and security.
• Ability to apply performance engineering and non-functional requirements to web-scale applications.
