Technical Delivery Manager (Government Acquisition Management)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; expected to work in the office 4–5 days per week. Willingness to travel up to 20% annually for customer engagement.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year, plus potential government clearance differential and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver hirify.global’s pre-built Government Acquisition Management lifecycle solutions.
• Lead formal agile delivery for hirify.global-led engagements using the structured delivery framework.
• Manage risks, remove impediments, and lead enterprise-scale technology programs through production.
• Partner with sales, customers, government acquisition specialists, product teams, partners, and Customer Success Managers to drive strategic account results and growth.
• Define projects and use cases, develop application roadmaps and business cases, qualify opportunities, and position services.
• Manage account finances, stakeholder relationships, demand generation, and account strategy.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in federal acquisition and the end-to-end procurement and contracting lifecycle, including FAR, DFARS, and modern procurement vehicles.
• Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or delivering federal acquisition business systems and supporting Government Acquisition Management contracts.
• At least 5 years of experience in an agile delivery environment, including at least 1 year leading a team.
• Proven success leading acquisition products through their full lifecycle and into production.
• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with software consulting, enterprise architecture, data management, or ERP, CRM, BPM/workflow, data integration architecture, or EAI is preferred.

• Experience using low-code platforms to rapidly design, iterate, and deploy solutions.
