Solution Delivery Manager, Third Party Risk Management

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of third-party risk management and other risk and compliance initiatives from intake through post-deployment stabilization.
• Build integrated delivery plans, milestones, release cycles, and dependency management across concurrent workstreams.
• Establish project-team operating rhythms, including meeting cadences, agendas, decision logs, action tracking, and follow-through.
• Manage RAID items and escalate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to leadership with recommended actions.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting, decision packages, pre-reads, and steering committee materials.
• Develop and execute internal TPRM PMO communications in coordination with Change Management and Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, PMO, or project delivery management.
• Experience managing cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated RAID and risk-and-dependency management experience, including ownership of an operating rhythm.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile, Kanban, and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in procurement, risk, compliance, supply chain, or regulated industries.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Trello, Planner, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or Miro.
• Experience in a formal PMO or enterprise-scale Solution Delivery function.
