Implementation Engineer

What you will do

• Support implementation and deployment activities for airline and airport IT projects.
• Execute configuration, validation, testing, and documentation tasks.
• Assist with cutover preparation and go-live activities.
• Contribute to project status reporting, action tracking, and meeting preparation.
• Participate in customer workshops, capture requirements under guidance, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers.
• Develop knowledge of airport and airline IT, integrations, networks, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic IT background and willingness to develop product, integration, network, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Developing knowledge of project management and implementation delivery.
• Good communication, documentation, teamwork, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work under guidance, follow standards, complete assigned tasks on time, and escalate issues clearly.
