Event Marketing Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote, London, United Kingdom; occasional travel required, less than 20%

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and track hirify.global’s global event presence to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Align event marketing strategies with account plans, sales priorities, partner plans, and broader business goals.
• Define event objectives and KPIs, evaluate post-event results, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Manage event marketing budgets, monitor utilization and performance, and communicate scope changes.
• Lead event marketing workstreams and coordinate Sales, Account Executives, internal leaders, suppliers, and other contributors.
• Manage attendee communications, event logistics, third-party opportunities, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in event marketing or field marketing.
• Essential knowledge of trade show project management, including strategy, messaging, design, logistics, vendors, budgets, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and marketing funnel analysis.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom; occasional travel of less than 20% is required.
