Customer Onboarding Manager (Digital Identity)

Location: On-site five days per week in McLean, VA or Mountain View, CA

Salary: $175,000–$205,000 USD annual base salary in Mountain View, CA, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global provides a digital identity wallet and identity verification platform used by government agencies, healthcare organizations, consumer brands, and other enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects by creating project plans, defining success criteria, and managing timelines.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate issues, and drive resolutions.
• Educate customers on the platform, tools, best practices, and support resources.
• Document onboarding activities and lessons learned to improve frameworks and resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or program/project management.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts through long implementation cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Rocketlane, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with government, healthcare, or financial services customers.
• Background in digital identity, SaaS, or security technology.
• Knowledge of NIST, FedRAMP, IAL2, or related identity and data security compliance frameworks.
• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
