Senior Consultant with experience in Commerce ecosystems and technologies wanted to join our Business Services team (ecommerce)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with office attendance an average of four days a week. Willingness to travel to client sites within the UK and potentially within the EU is required.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional client engagements and act as a primary contact for senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships, understand business challenges, and identify opportunities for expanded support and new business.
• Provide strategic consulting across e-commerce ecosystems and specialist sectors including retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, and automotive.
• Analyse complex business problems, identify pain points and opportunities, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Develop proposals, roadmaps, presentations, and business insights that support successful delivery and client outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior consultants while improving internal methodologies, frameworks, tools, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive management or consultancy experience within the e-commerce domain.
• Specialist sector knowledge in at least one or two areas, ideally retail, FMCG/CPG, B2B, or automotive.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and technologies, including e-commerce platforms, CMS, PIM, and agile software delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Availability to work in the London hybrid setup and travel to UK and potentially EU client sites.
