Senior Pre-Sales Consultant (Enterprise Payments)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex Enterprise Payments sales engagements.
• Understand customer business goals, technical requirements, and operating environments.
• Design and present end-to-end payments solutions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer workshops.
• Lead technical contributions to Rhirify.global and RFPs across integration, security, resiliency, observability, and compliance.
• Plan and support Proof of Concept activities and Professional Services workshops during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and customer stakeholders while maintaining technical collateral and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of enterprise payments architectures, payment processing models, and financial services platforms.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containerized platforms, Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, Kafka, MQ, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of security and identity frameworks including OpenID Connect and OAuth.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, IBM Cloud, or Oracle Cloud, plus monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and SIEM solutions.
• Proven customer-facing experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales, including presentations to technical and senior non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience with complex RFI/RFP responses and translating business and technical requirements into solution designs.

• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or payments organizations.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Enterprise Payments products and solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles with complex technical requirements and multiple stakeholder groups.
