Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

hirify.global provides a spend management platform combining company cards, reimbursable expenses, accounts payable, and automation for scaling businesses.

What you will do

• Build and maintain expertise in hirify.global product features and practical use cases.
• Partner with go-to-market and sales teams to support new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Respond to RFI/RFP processes and technical customer questions.
• Deliver personalised live demonstrations covering integrations, workflows, and complex use cases.
• Design, validate, and document product configuration and implementation strategies.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with customer success, engineering, and product management to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or a similar finance role.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, financial controlling, or finance leadership.
• Experience in both pre-sales and implementation is preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred but not required.
• Native French speaker required.
• Strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
