Senior Presales Solution Engineer (Regulatory Reporting)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office; the arrangement may change.

hirify.global's FinTech Strategy division develops regulatory reporting, capital, liquidity, and ESG solutions using the AI-enabled AxiomSL platform.

What you will do

• Clarify customer scope and high-level functional and technical requirements.
• Deliver functional and technical presentations, including live demonstrations.
• Build proofs of concept through solution configuration and data integration.
• Respond to RFI and RFP questionnaires and address customer needs independently.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Customer Success, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Share market feedback with Product Management and support go-to-market campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in presales or a similar customer-facing solution role.
• Experience with regulatory reporting, such as CRR3, COREP, FINREP, or IReF.
• Hands-on platform configuration experience or a strong technical background, including PL/SQL, Oracle, SaaS, or AI.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work in the London office at least 3 days per week is required.
• Strong motivation, drive, enthusiasm, and an agile, independent working style.

Nice to have

• Experience leading presentations for business users and technology teams.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent German.
