Implementation Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
• Create and maintain implementation plans covering deliverables, timelines, owners, dependencies, and resources.
• Align internal stakeholders and client teams on priorities, timelines, requirements, and expected business impact.
• Identify implementation risks, manage escalations, and lead cross-functional issue resolution.
• Coordinate acceptance criteria, go-live activities, post-launch support, and structured handoffs to ongoing support teams.
• Document implementation journeys, conduct post-implementation reviews, and optimize processes based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions from initiation through completion.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships in matrix organizations with competing priorities.
• Experience managing relationships with technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Background in payments, financial services, embedded finance, marketplace technologies, or API-driven products is preferred.
• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the role is performed is required.
