Lead Solutions Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan or Seoul, South Korea

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex warehouse automation solutions, including costing, risk mitigation, and scalability.
• Shape customer logistics strategies by proposing innovative, value-driven alternatives.
• Translate customer challenges into technical sales strategies and communicate solution value to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to create robust solutions and maintain high technical standards.
• Support Sales through complex project leadership and apply established solution methodologies.
• Build team capabilities through technical expertise, training content, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• Experience selling complex solutions, ideally in warehouse automation.
• Engineering or supply chain background with a strong record in complex solution design.
• Experience working with demanding customers in pre-sales or solution-focused environments.
• Strong business acumen, deep technical expertise, and the ability to influence complex stakeholder groups.
• Natural leadership skills and a willingness to mentor and develop others.
• Fluent Japanese and/or Korean required; ability to work in an international context.
