Senior Solutions Consultant IV (AI)

Location: Japan; remote work model. Travel to customer locations and field events may be required, with up to 30%–70% travel.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy for high-value enterprise accounts and support regional sales goals.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value.
• Present technical and business architectures to C-level stakeholders and address complex technical objections.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and detailed customer proposals.
• Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer requirements and influence the product roadmap.
• Create reusable architectural assets and mentor associate Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or client-facing Professional Services within enterprise software sales.
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, cloud environments, or modern development languages.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, or POCs/POVs and conducting technical discovery and requirements analysis.
• Ability to work remotely from Japan and travel up to 30%–70% as required.

Nice to have

• Solution architecture experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, life sciences, or the public sector.
• Familiarity with production environments, application servers, web servers, AI-enabled automation, or case management frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
