What you will do

• Support sales teams by qualifying leads and demonstrating how the DEX platform addresses enterprise IT challenges.
• Consult with IT leaders, end-user computing teams, and other stakeholders on relevant use cases and measurable business value.
• Design and execute customer-specific proof-of-value engagements.
• Lead discovery and value-based workshops aligned with customer needs and strategic goals.
• Support complex enterprise sales opportunities and collaborate with channel and technology partners in Japan.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, customer briefings, and marketing initiatives while adapting value propositions to the Japanese market.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales-focused technical role such as pre-sales or solutions consulting within Japan’s enterprise IT sector.
• Experience introducing new technologies to Japanese enterprise organizations and driving adoption.
• Expertise in IT operations, end-user computing, workplace management, or digital experience management.
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and enterprise decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English are required.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL, IT service management, cloud migrations, or workplace transformation projects.
