Focus on running proof-of-value engagements, leading value-based workshops, and adapting propositions to Japanese business culture.

Location: Hybrid in Japan

What you will do

• Support sales team to qualify leads and demonstrate how hirify.global addresses business challenges.
• Consult with enterprise IT leadership and stakeholders on use cases providing measurable value.
• Design and execute customer-specific proof-of-value initiatives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to align capabilities with customer goals.
• Drive complex enterprise deals using technical expertise and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with partners for joint go-to-market success in Japan.
• Act as thought leader in industry events and customer briefings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales-focused technical role (pre-sales, solutions consulting) within Japan’s enterprise IT sector
• Track record introducing new technologies to Japanese market and driving enterprise adoption
• Deep expertise in IT operations, end-user computing, workplace management, or digital experience management
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and decision-making processes
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
• Self-motivated and adaptable in high-growth environment

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL, IT service management, cloud migrations, or workplace transformation projects
