Customer Technology Advisor (Digital Workplace)

What you will do

• Lead technical and solution discussions with customers to clarify business challenges and requirements.
• Plan and deliver technical proposals, demos, presentations, and PoCs aligned with customer needs.
• Support the entire opportunity lifecycle from creation and proposal development to closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and alliance partners to create profitable cross-practice solutions.
• Coordinate the pre-sales process, ensuring quality checks and compliance reviews.
• Build trusted relationships by clearly explaining technical value and business impact to customers.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in technical solutions and service offerings within the relevant practice area.
• Practical experience in consultative selling or pre-sales.
• Experience translating complex technical knowledge into practical customer insights and proposals.
• Knowledge in domains such as Application Data and AI, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Network and Edge, or Security.
• External technical certifications or equivalent credibility in the relevant domain.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience selling technical services across multiple industries.
• Experience in deal shaping and leading cross-practice solution proposals.
• Advanced technical certifications related to the assigned sub-domain.
