Process Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, with work locations at Bayan Lepas PN2 and Bayan Lepas PN1.

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain wet cleaning process parameters, including flow rate, temperature, chemical concentration, and megasonic power.
• Review SPC charts and respond to process alarms.
• Support root cause analysis for yield excursions, increased defects, and particle issues.
• Assist with design-of-experiments activities, process trials, and new process qualifications.
• Perform qualification runs and collect process data for engineering analysis.
• Implement approved recipe adjustments and maintain process control documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, IT, Automation, Electronics, or Manufacturing.
• Good technical presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze particle and defect inspection data and document process changes.
• Availability to work full-time onsite in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in a process or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HDD media cleaning technology.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in packaging engineering.
