Associate Product Development Engineer (Semiconductor Testing)

What you will do

• Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes, monitoring process health, yields, uptime, and quality indicators.
• Analyze yield excursions, failures, and process deviations using statistical and data-driven methods.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support for production issues, lot disposition, abnormal-event recovery, and shipment-impacting problems.
• Support qualification and release of new products into burn-in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with product management, NPI, assembly, manufacturing, and quality teams while maintaining engineering documentation and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Applied Science, or Physics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; the role is intended for fresh graduates, with 1–2 years of semiconductor testing or product engineering experience also accepted.
• Understanding of semiconductor test processes and manufacturing flow.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data analysis tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSD, NAND, DRAM, USB, or other memory and storage products.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Knowledge of FMEA, DMAIC, 8D, Lean principles, SPC, SBL, or SYL.
• Experience with JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL, Java, ASP.NET C#, or data analytics tools.
• Experience supporting automotive or other high-reliability products.
