Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within a reasonable commute

hirify.global provides cloud software that automates and controls the financial close process, including an AI-powered Invoice-to-Cash solution for accounts receivable teams.

What you will do

• Own complex software features from concept through production using clean, performant, and well-tested code.
• Use AI-driven development tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate design, coding, and testing.
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions for the core SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine requirements and shape the technical roadmap.
• Build for enterprise-scale performance, reliability, and security across a global user base.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and deploying production-grade, scalable, and secure SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in C# and strong knowledge of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Demonstrated expertise with AI-driven development tools such as Cursor or Claude.
• Experience driving complex projects from ambiguous requirements to successful launch.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing across microservices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfortable collaboration across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience translating complex business problems into simple technical solutions.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles in software development.
