Senior .NET Developer with DevOps Skills (AI)

Location: Remote within Poland, including Wrocław and Bielsko-Biała

Salary: 120–160 PLN/hour + VAT on B2B contract

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using C# and .NET/ASP.NET.
• Build clean, maintainable, production-ready code and integrate applications with SQL Server, relational databases, external services, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver features from development through production.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to support containerized applications and production deployments.
• Improve reliability, observability, security, and performance; contribute to architecture and practical AI integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET/.NET, SQL Server, relational databases, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications; good knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins or GitLab.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, deployment strategies, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Fluent English communication skills at minimum B2+ level, with senior-level autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience in regulated, compliance-heavy, or high-availability environments.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools or infrastructure-as-code technologies.
• Experience owning applications from development through production.
