Trademark Operations Supervisor (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in any hirify.global U.S. office location, with in-office frequency determined by business needs and department directives.

Salary: $94,000–$141,250 annually, plus a potential discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise Trademark Paralegals through regular check-ins, workflow management, productivity monitoring, and day-to-day support.
• Manage the Trademark Transfer Specialist and oversee trademark transfer-in and transfer-out processes.
• Manage the Trademark Practice Assistant and related administrative workflows.
• Oversee and optimize trademark workflows for timely, accurate, and consistent execution.
• Monitor workload distribution, reassign resources, and address operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with attorneys, paralegals, practice leadership, and support teams on staffing, capacity planning, change management, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in trademark prosecution operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Comprehensive expertise in U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution processes.
• Experience with trademark docketing systems and trademark operations infrastructure.
• Leadership, coaching, team management, communication, organizational, and process improvement skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
