Senior Project Accountant

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Track, analyze, and report project costs, including capital expenditures and operating expenses.
• Manage fixed assets, budgets, reconciliations, and project financial data.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and pivot-table analyses using NetSuite and Excel.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address financial needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Test and improve accounting and project management processes while maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and familiarity with Excel-based reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and accounting standards relevant to construction projects.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
