Accounting Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Develop accounting strategies and frameworks for new international entities.
• Standardize accounting policies, procedures, and reporting processes across global operations.
• Manage external accounting service providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders on international accounting operations.
• Support external reporting, audit schedules, auditor requests, and financial statement disclosures.
• Maintain general ledger controls, support intercompany and subsidiary accounting, and provide transaction data for state sales and use tax filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in a public company with consolidation and multi-entity reporting experience preferred.
• Understanding of internal controls and auditing processes.
• ERP systems experience, such as NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including work with large data sets and pivot tables.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
