Senior HR Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with the Director of HR for Manufacturing and Supply Chain in shaping and executing the people agenda across Asia Pacific manufacturing.
• Coordinate HR priorities, governance, milestones, and success measures across seven manufacturing locations.
• Partner with Manufacturing leaders and Plant HR Managers on organization design, restructuring, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and talent decisions.
• Strengthen employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, associate experience, and regional HR consistency.
• Support collective bargaining strategy, negotiations, workforce governance, compliance, ethics, productivity, and cost management.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, using data and governance to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations leaders at plant, cluster, or regional level.
• Strong coaching, influencing, stakeholder management, business judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of employee and industrial relations, organization design, workforce governance, compliance, and ethics.
• Experience leading talent, organization, and change initiatives in complex, matrixed, multicultural organizations.
