HR Director Asia

Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Applicants must be located in Taiwan and legally authorized to work there.

What you will do

• Lead the employee lifecycle and serve as the main HR point of contact for APAC.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, team performance, and workforce planning.
• Coach managers on employee engagement, feedback culture, team dynamics, and development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage HR processes, compensation cycles, and policy implementation across multiple Asian countries.
• Build regional culture and employee experience initiatives, including onboarding programs.
• Define APAC hiring strategy with HQ Talent Acquisition and drive recruitment execution and talent pipeline development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience in a People Business Partner or HR Manager role.
• Experience supporting multi-country teams across Asia.
• Strong cross-cultural experience bridging Western and Asian cultures and ways of working.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Experience with talent acquisition strategy and recruitment execution.
• Excellent English communication skills and legal authorization to work in Taiwan.
