Inside Sales Representative (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage customer forecasts, load data into internal systems, and coordinate forecast communication across sales regions in Asia.
• Monitor bookings, backlogs, manufacturing schedules, inventory, work in progress, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with regional sales, factories, product lines, production planning, sales engineering, quality, and engineering teams.
• Manage new product introduction preparation, including releases, revisions, sampling, pilot runs, customer feedback, and mass production.
• Analyze sales opportunities and pricing through CRM, and manage customer delivery reporting, expedites, and confirmations.
• Administer customer material returns and support additional operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales operations, inside sales, or supply chain.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Interest in market dynamics, negotiation, manufacturing processes, and operational execution.
