Salary: $95,590–$143,200 per annum

What you will do
- Manage revenue forecasting and sales design funnels to ensure accurate projections.
- Design and validate operational dashboards and KPIs to track sales productivity.
- Analyze resource allocation and pipeline management to support strategic business decisions.
- Execute complex data analyses on conversion ratios and cycle times for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to enhance reporting systems and data integrity.
- Lead training sessions for internal users on sales operations tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
- 6+ years of progressive experience as an analyst in the high-technology sector.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to influence strategy and drive change within a sales organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior management.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, ModelN, Kinaxis, and Salesforce.
