Client Success Advisor - Risk & Audit (GRC)

Location: New York, New York, United States; Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; or Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Hybrid work model with onsite attendance at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Salary: $99,280–$124,000 USD or $86,320–$107,900 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Advise key clients on configuring, customizing, and optimizing GRC platform functionality and modules.
• Assess client GRC requirements, objectives, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients on roadmaps and governance, risk, and compliance implementations.
• Drive platform understanding and adoption, identify at-risk clients, and support retention and expansion.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to improve the platform based on client use cases.
• Monitor GRC industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices to provide expert recommendations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a client-facing role within legal, audit, risk, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of GRC domains, regulations, industry standards, and software platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex business challenges and automation opportunities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
