AI Product Engineer (LLM)

What you will do

• Collaborate with product leaders to identify customer problems, scope requirements, and implement LLM-powered solutions.
• Build domain-specific AI assistants using LLMs as reasoning engines.
• Develop prompts using few-shot learning and chain-of-thought techniques.
• Build and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines and agent architectures using public and proprietary data.
• Improve AI agent relevance, fidelity, and latency through empirical evaluation and iteration.
• Shape technical direction, experimentation tools, and best practices for AI application development.

Requirements

• Ability to ramp up quickly on TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Experience exploring or building with LLMs through professional projects or personal experimentation.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field and a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, including training and evaluation techniques.
• Interest in LLMOps, open-source solutions such as LangChain, and emerging AI development practices.
• Ability to independently drive ambiguous projects, communicate decisions clearly, and balance long-term vision with frequent user value.
