Founding Product Manager (AI Cybersecurity)

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-driven cybersecurity platform that helps companies detect and defend against advanced cyber threats.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform areas, including detection, analytics, and agentic workflows.
• Drive high-velocity execution with engineering, design, security, and AI/ML teams.
• Translate CISO, SOC analyst, and security engineer workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Prototype product concepts using tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Write product evaluations with engineering and research teams to validate customer needs.
• Apply insights from AI research, cybersecurity trends, and the evolving threat landscape to product development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience at a SIEM, SOAR, or threat detection cybersecurity vendor.
• Hands-on AI building, prototyping, or side-project experience, with knowledge of prompting, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluations.
• Prior software engineering or security engineering experience is strongly preferred.
• Technical or analytical BA/BS degree in a field such as computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, mathematics, physics, or applied sciences.
• Strong customer empathy, design thinking, data and experimentation skills, leadership, communication, and storytelling abilities.
