What you will do

• Provide day-to-day EHS support at the Moses Lake Test Site and serve as the primary contact for safety-related matters.
• Identify, manage, and execute proactive safety projects, EHS requests, and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs aligned with regulatory requirements, industry practices, and company operations.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and education for employees.
• Collaborate with technician and engineering teams on continuous improvement and daily risk management.
• Integrate safe practices into operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organization and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Commitment to developing a positive safety and environmental responsibility culture.
• Must meet U.S. employment eligibility and applicable ITAR authorization requirements.
• Must be able to prove identity and authorization to work in the United States and complete E-Verify requirements.
