Salary: $125,000–$155,000 Annually

What you will do
- Manage and implement site-wide EHS programs and management systems.
- Collect, calculate, and report environmental and safety data including emissions, waste, and chemical usage.
- Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and develop corrective action plans.
- Create and deliver regulatory compliance training for site personnel.
- Interface with regulatory agencies during inspections and inquiries.
- Support emergency response activities and serve as an on-call lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, safety, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Must have the ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven ability to interpret EHS data and perform root cause investigations.
- Must be able to work onsite in Chatsworth, CA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and influence.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CHMM, CSP, or ASP.
- Experience with Articulate or similar training software.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing shop floor environment.
