Salary: $125,000–$155,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage and implement site-wide EHS programs and management systems.
• Collect, calculate, and report environmental and safety data including emissions, waste, and chemical usage.
• Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and develop corrective action plans.
• Create and deliver regulatory compliance training for site personnel.
• Interface with regulatory agencies during inspections and inquiries.
• Support emergency response activities and serve as an on-call lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, safety, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Must have the ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to interpret EHS data and perform root cause investigations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chatsworth, CA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and influence.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CHMM, CSP, or ASP.
• Experience with Articulate or similar training software.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing shop floor environment.
