Lead Product Owner, VisionLink (Telematics)

Location: Onsite at the Chicago, Peoria, Illinois, or Broomfield, Colorado offices, United States; up to 25% travel may be required.

Salary: $128,470–$208,770 per year.

What you will do

• Define operations management capabilities and own delivery of Asset Management within VisionLink.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, field service teams, and product development.
• Develop and implement design changes with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct business sign-off testing, simulations, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze customer feedback and product performance data to guide enhancements.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective action planning, design reviews, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business analysis, decision-making, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• Experience with software product business operations, install bases, current use cases, future plans, and product vision.
• Knowledge of user acceptance testing activities, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, field support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze operational insights and translate them into product improvements.

Nice to have

• Construction operations experience with hirify.global technologies such as VisionLink.
• Knowledge of hirify.global onboard safety, operator identification, payload, and weighing technologies.
• Experience developing web solutions or machine performance and control systems.
• Experience facilitating design reviews and walkthroughs.
