AI Solutions Architect (LLMs & AI Agents)

What you will do

• Design and implement AI agent architectures for sales workflows, including lead qualification, deal coaching, proposal generation, competitive intelligence, and pipeline analytics.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration systems with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
• Build integrations between AI agents, Salesforce, sales enablement tools, and data lakes.
• Own the AI agent product backlog and roadmap, including user stories, priorities, acceptance criteria, and trade-off decisions.
• Define technical standards for prompt engineering, guardrails, memory management, tool use, observability, scalability, and responsible AI deployment.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, stakeholder collaboration, and measurement of product adoption and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior software engineering, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML or agentic systems.
• Experience as a product owner or technical product manager, owning backlogs, roadmaps, and business outcomes.
• Expert-level Python and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding models, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems.
• Fluent English is mandatory. Familiarity with Salesforce and sales technology ecosystems is required.
