Senior Power Platform Developer Technical Lead

Location: Remote from Mexico or Brazil

Pay rate: $45 per hour

What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise applications with Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages.
• Build complex cloud and desktop workflows with Power Automate.
• Design scalable Microsoft Dataverse data models and enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Implement governance, security, environment strategies, ALM, and deployment pipelines across Power Platform environments.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports, and develop intelligent solutions with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI.
• Lead technical design and code reviews, mentor junior developers, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

• 11 years of IT experience and advanced expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Pages, SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Fx, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, environment strategy, security governance, CI/CD, ALM pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and technical consulting skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform and Azure certifications, including PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, PL-300, AZ-204, or AZ-305.
• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience developing AI-enabled automation solutions.
• Experience with global enterprise clients in manufacturing, healthcare, finance, or supply chain.
