TL;DR
Senior Power Platform Developer Technical Lead (Power Platform/Azure): Designing and developing enterprise business applications, workflow automation, integrations, dashboards, and intelligent solutions with an accent on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Azure services. Focus on scalable architecture, governance and security, ALM and CI/CD pipelines, technical design reviews, and mentoring developers.
Location: Remote from Mexico or Brazil. Hiring model: Mexico FTE or Brazil contractor.
Pay rate: $45

What you will do
- Design and develop enterprise applications with Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages.
- Build complex cloud and desktop workflows using Power Automate.
- Design scalable Dataverse data models and custom integrations with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Implement governance, security, environment strategies, ALM, and deployment approaches across Power Platform environments.
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports, and develop intelligent solutions with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI.
- Lead technical and code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, troubleshoot production issues, and prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- 11 years of IT experience with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Pages, SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
- Strong experience with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Fx, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and Azure services.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, security governance, CI/CD, ALM pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure certifications.
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate Desktop.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation solutions and global enterprise clients in manufacturing, healthcare, finance, or supply chain.
