Principal Engineer - Salesforce Health Cloud

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and delivery for large enterprise healthcare implementations.
• Define technical strategy across Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, data models, automation, security, and compliance.
• Design and govern integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems.
• Translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable solutions covering patient and member lifecycle management, care programs, care teams, assessments, and utilization management.
• Lead requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support while managing architectural risks and technical debt.
• Mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams and collaborate with program managers on scope, timelines, risks, roadmaps, and release strategy.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce security, data access, sharing rules, consent management, governor limits, performance tuning, and code quality.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, HIPAA/PHI, EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, FHIR, and HL7.
• Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and Agile or Scaled Agile experience.
