Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or the United States

What you will do
- Architect, design, and write code for production-grade stateful multi-agent systems, custom state machines, and function-calling workflows.
- Lead full-cycle development, including data preparation, MCP tool integration, structured outputs, context recovery and caching, containerization, and cloud deployment.
- Build MLOps and LLMOps evaluation pipelines for prompt regression tracking, hallucination mitigation, and human-in-the-loop gating.
- Apply Responsible AI practices, guardrails, and fallback logic to improve system reliability and safety.
- Translate business and mission requirements into technical designs and iterate on prototypes with stakeholders.
- Identify research topics, publish insights, and contribute to the AI engineering services portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and deploying ML, NLP, or generative AI systems in production.
- Expert-level Python and software engineering skills, including asynchronous programming, API design, testing, CI/CD, Git, and containers.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP, and vector databases such as Pinecone, LanceDB, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience deploying cloud applications with Docker and serverless or microservice architectures; Azure is preferred and AWS is accepted.
- Professional English proficiency at C1 level.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with human-in-the-loop workflows, automated evaluation suites, and deterministic LLM fallback logic.
- Contributions to research papers, open-source AI libraries, or the AI engineering community.
