What you will do

• Repair, install, and troubleshoot CNC and other numerically controlled industrial machines.
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
• Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and schematics to perform efficient repairs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Management on machinery specifications and setup.
• Support the training of apprentices and junior maintenance associates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Millwright certified to work in Ontario.
• Minimum five years of related experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours as required.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
