Senior Learning Design Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. The role starts between 7–9 AM EST based on project work and meetings. Candidates near Louisville, Kentucky are preferred because some in-office project work and meetings may occur.

Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze knowledge and performance gaps and conduct needs analyses with clients and subject matter experts.
• Design learning solutions, curricula, eLearning programs, mobile learning, virtual learning, manuals, job aids, storyboards, and scripts.
• Write learning goals and coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Track learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance improvements to evaluate programs.
• Provide guidance to facilitators and use social media and collaboration tools to support learning.
• Influence departmental strategy and independently determine technical approaches for project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of learning design experience focused on adult learners.
• At least 2 years of consumer-facing experience with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with eLearning strategies, adult learning theories, and continuous improvement of member and customer experiences.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, or equivalent tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, provider products, contact centers, healthcare, or insurance.
• Four or more years of experience designing curriculum content, eLearning programs, and virtual learning solutions.
• Project management experience or PMP certification.
• Master’s degree in learning and performance, education, communications, performance consulting, industrial/organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience with virtual instructor-led training, learning management systems, and measuring learning outcomes.
