Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Clearwater, Florida; Menlo Park, California; or New York, New York, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $191,000–$225,000 USD annually in Zone 1, $168,000–$198,000 in Zone 2, or $150,000–$176,000 in Zone 3, depending on work location. Additional bonus, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Own the third-party integration strategy, including API connectivity, emerging AI-agent standards such as MCP, sandboxes, documentation, authentication, and governance.
• Lead commercial and technical relationships with PMS and CRM vendors and AI-native advisor tools.
• Define frameworks for tiering, prioritizing, and resourcing integration requests across vendors and advisor firms.
• Translate advisor and partner needs into technical requirements and make build-versus-partner-versus-defer decisions with engineering.
• Develop the product perspective on AI and agentic workflows in custodial integrations.
• Align integration initiatives with the broader next-generation custody roadmap across product, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience in technical, platform, API, or integrations-focused product management.
• Experience at a high-growth fintech company and familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and legacy-system constraints in financial services.
• Technical fluency in API design, data models, SSO, SAML, and OAuth, with experience shipping documentation, sandboxes, or versioning for developer-facing platforms.
• Experience managing partner or vendor ecosystems, including prioritization frameworks, SOWs or contracts, production-access requirements, and multiple integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering, executives, technology partners, and advisors.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management, RIA custody, advisor technology, or custodial and clearing operations.
• Experience building or scaling an integration or partner program, including tiering, vendor onboarding, or a developer portal.
• Direct experience shipping AI-enabled features or evaluating AI-native vendors and partners.
