Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Immerse in client workflows to synthesize needs into clear product direction.
• Translate market requirements into crisp specifications and partner with engineering to ship impactful products.
• Drive roadmap definition and prioritization in collaboration with product leadership.
• Contribute to product strategy, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing.
• Operate cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and sales teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong analytical toolkit with the ability to build data-driven analyses.
• Ability to become technically conversant in APIs, integrations, and system design.
• Exceptional structured thinking and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep curiosity about client needs and financial systems.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York.
