What you will do

• Complete routine residential resale, refinance, and builder escrow transactions.
• Prepare escrow instructions and amendments, deposit escrow funds, prepare disbursements, and balance escrow accounts.
• Conduct customer closings and perform general escrow office functions.
• Solicit escrow and title business from Realtors, lenders, builders, sellers, and buyers.
• Build relationships through professional, civic, social, and community groups to support future business development.
• Supervise, train, and support Escrow Technicians and Assistant Escrow Officers.

Requirements

• Ability to perform the duties of an Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, and Assistant Escrow Officer.
• Ability to complete residential escrow transactions and maintain accurate escrow-related accounts.
• Ability to comply with company policies and applicable government regulations.
• Ability to supervise employees, assign work, evaluate performance, address complaints, and resolve problems.
• Ability to assist Senior Escrow Officers and perform additional duties as directed.
