What you will do

• Coordinate and process member savings and loan transaction requests.
• Oversee day-to-day front-office operations, with emphasis on new member services and lending operations.
• Ensure transactions and requests comply with credit union rules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, transparent, consistent, and confidential data and processes.
• Provide guidance and advice to support staff and collaborate with internal departments on financial service processes.

Requirements

• Secondary school education.
• Knowledge of credit union transaction activities.
• Knowledge of communication and documentation standards.
• Results-focused approach with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to deliver accurate work within deadlines and provide quality advice to clients.
